




#### **Your responsibilities** * Efficiently and professionally manage and resolve B2C incidents. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and disputes. * Collaborate with other departments to solve complex issues. * Draft clear and effective responses and communications for customers. * Identify and resolve issues in payment gateways. * Respond to reviews received on both Google Reviews and Trustpilot, actively participating in improving the customer experience. #### **Your profile** * Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. Equivalent higher vocational training qualifications (FP) are also accepted. * Mid-level profile with at least 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role. * Availability for a full-time contract covering a rotating schedule. Rotating shifts from 09:00 to 00:00, Monday through Sunday. Night shifts are performed remotely. * Previous experience with incident management and customer service software. * Experience in B2C incident management and identifying errors in payment gateways is valued, preferably within a SaaS or e\-commerce environment. * Advanced office certification is a plus. * Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules when necessary. * Fluent in Spanish and English. #### **Why us?** Are you ready to unleash your full potential?
