We don’t just design ideas—we build them with our own team of bricklayers, meticulously overseeing every detail from the first sketch to key handover. We seek a **Studies Technician / Quantity Surveyor** (Technical Architect, Building Surveyor, or equivalent) who wants to be the pivotal link connecting design with the economic reality of our construction projects. **What Are We Looking For in You?** * **Experience:** Between **3 and 6 years** in studies or site management roles. * **Education:** Technical Architecture, Building Surveying, or Construction Engineering. * **Tools:** Technical proficiency in **Arquímedes** and advanced Excel. * **Qualities:** Ability to work with **autonomy**, numerical rigor, and a proactive attitude to propose process improvements. **What Will You Do Daily?** **\- Evolving Budgeting:** You will prepare budgets ranging from the initial commercial budget to the detailed execution budget. **\- Critical Analysis:** You will review projects to identify inconsistencies, economic risks, or omitted items before they reach the construction site. **\- Financial Control:** You will calculate margins, analyze profitability per project, and produce cash-flow forecasts. \+1 **\- Procurement Management:** You will conduct comparative analyses of subcontractor offers and, if inclined, participate in negotiating terms. **\- Technical Administration:** You will ensure full regulatory compliance (Health and Safety Plans, site opening procedures, subcontractor documentation). **\- Optimization:** You will help improve our databases and sales modules to increase precision daily.
