Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to carry out the assembly, installation, and commissioning of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Currently, we are seeking a Refrigeration Technician – Installation and Commissioning, tasked with executing the assembly, installation, and commissioning of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with applicable technical, environmental, and safety regulations, thereby guaranteeing that installations become fully operational and functional for their intended use — with maximum reliability, efficiency, and sustainability — thus contributing to customer satisfaction and adherence to the company’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble, install, and commission various components of commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems. * Install refrigerant piping, interconnections, and insulation; perform welding, joints, and conduit work. * Assemble refrigerated display units and equipment. * Conduct leak-tightness, vacuum, and refrigerant charging tests, verifying that installations meet established safety and efficiency parameters. * Verify proper operation of control and regulation systems. * Perform commissioning, operational testing, and necessary adjustments to ensure system operability. * Interpret drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for correct refrigeration system installation. * Collaborate with other on-site team members and support incident resolution. **Job Requirements:** * Prior experience executing refrigeration installations in supermarkets, minimum 5 years. * Knowledge of refrigeration, CO2, and HFO. **Required Qualifications:** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle related to the Installation and Maintenance field – refrigeration, thermal systems, or similar (e.g., electricity, electromechanics, etc.). * Prior experience executing installations in supermarkets, minimum 5 years. * Solid knowledge of welding techniques: TIG, MIG, and electric arc. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required by the job. * Certification for handling fluorinated gases of any charge.
