




Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Technical Manager to ensure, maintain, and manage OHS systems, providing support and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advisory services on coordination of business activities **Description:** ---------------- We need to hire an Occupational Health and Safety Technical Manager for our Quart de Poblet office. Your responsibilities will include ensuring, maintaining, and managing the day-to-day occupational health and safety prevention systems within your area of responsibility (Division, District Unit, etc.). You will report hierarchically on occupational health and safety matters. You will support internal, external, and/or regulatory inspections within your area of responsibility. You will deliver occupational health and safety training within your area of responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring preventive planning based on conclusions drawn from various technical reports (e.g., risk assessments, accident investigation reports, specific technical reports, meetings with the Safety Committee, etc.). * Preparing and monitoring risk maps. * Preparing and monitoring Near-Miss Incident Investigations, as well as Accident and Occupational Disease Investigations. * Preparing specific technical reports arising from risk assessments. * Advising on actions stemming from coordination of business activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. * Attending various meetings, audits, and inspections generated during service or activity execution. * Coordinating training and informational needs in occupational health and safety, and ensuring proper management and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Conducting and coordinating internal audits and safety inspections at facilities following guidelines established by the Joint Prevention Service. * Coordinating with Mutual Insurance Companies, external prevention services, and subcontracted companies. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Technical Engineering or equivalent, plus a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety covering all three specialties (Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology). * Experience with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, inspections, and internal audits. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Technician, preferably in the services sector, performing coordination and development activities related to occupational health and safety across multiple workplaces. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Some availability for travel among assigned sites within the region is required. **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours. * Company vehicle. * Competitive salary.
