Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage and supervise contracts, ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and contract profitability. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **MAINTENANCE MANAGER**, responsible for managing and supervising our customers’ maintenance contracts, ensuring proper planning and execution of work, and fulfillment of contractual commitments to our customers. This includes guaranteeing quality standards, service levels, operational efficiency, and profitability across various contracts. **Main Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage the execution of contracted maintenance services together with the Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring service quality, resource optimization, and effective resolution of any incidents that may arise. * Maintain close and continuous contact with customers, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships aimed at customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Prepare management reports for customers and internal management. * Propose technical and operational improvements to optimize refrigeration system performance. * Evaluate equipment condition and establish preventive or corrective actions. Conduct facility audits. * Prepare results reports containing clear diagnostics and improvement proposals for our customers. * Calculate, size, prepare, and present proposals, customized offers, and/or contract renewals. * Manage procurement of materials, spare parts, and services required for maintenance interventions. * Implement immediate and corrective solutions to prevent recurrence of failures. * Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure economic control of the customer account (reviewing work orders, billing instructions, etc.). * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations, as well as internal company protocols and specific client regulations, guaranteeing appropriate adaptation of services to clients’ particular requirements. * The Maintenance Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned contract teams, ensuring they perform their duties within a framework of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Act as the company’s representative, ensuring professional, transparent communication aligned with the organization’s values and objectives. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 6 years’ experience in maintenance management within HVAC commercial and industrial installation companies. * Solid technical knowledge of thermal installations and water\-water systems. * Ability to resolve technically complex faults and supervise, together with the responsible coordinator, various maintenance activities at each client site. * Valid driver’s license. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Specific training in commercial HVAC. * Knowledge of HVAC regulations (RITE, UNE, etc.). * Proficiency in computer tools: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD This position is located at our **offices** in **VALENCIA**. *At Syclef, we value diversity and inclusion.
