Position Summary: Eosol Group is seeking a Junior Site Manager to manage and execute mechanical installation projects, lead teams, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to incorporate a Junior Site Manager for Mechanical Installations with 1\-2 years of experience in project management and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial building projects, with particular preference given to experience involving Data Processing Centers (DPCs); however, this is not an exclusionary requirement. **Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Site Management:** Lead and supervise the correct execution of works related to ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems, including refrigerant handling. * **Technical and Drawing Supervision:** Analyze and supervise development drawings, ensuring alignment with the designed solution. Familiarity with BIM environments—specifically REVIT—is highly valued for engineering supervision and faithful project execution. * **Design and Planning:** Actively collaborate with the drafting team on technical design, manage layout surveys, and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions. * **Cost and Quality Control:** Review work progress jointly with the team, plan execution of subsequent phases (scheduled for June), and conduct thorough project cost tracking. * **Team Coordination:** Lead and coordinate on-site work teams, fostering a collaborative environment and high operational efficiency. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all operations strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations as well as project technical specifications. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience. * **Training:** Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention Course. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in mechanical installations, with particular emphasis on ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems. * **Software Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience using Navisworks for project management and supervision. * **BIM Environment:** Experience and knowledge of BIM environments—especially REVIT—for engineering supervision is considered a strong asset. * **Work Methodology:** Full on-site availability. * **Location:** This position is based in Valencia.
