Continuous training and internal promotion opportunities. **We are looking for an Electrical Construction Supervisor!** If you have experience leading electrical construction teams and enjoy organizing, coordinating, and improving how things are done, this opportunity is for you. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * **Coordinating** teams of 6 to 20 people on site. * **Organizing** tasks and monitoring daily progress. * Managing materials, tools, and team resources. * Controlling the site warehouse and measuring completed work. * Acting as the liaison with the client, site management, and the engineering team (Tecmelec). * Ensuring compliance with **safety and quality** standards. * Continuously seeking work optimization by improving layouts, **timelines**, and resource utilization. **What we require from you:** * **Proactive and optimistic**, with a solution-oriented attitude and a focus on finding constructive solutions to any challenge. * Tracking objectives defined in coordination with the project engineer. * Electrical training: CFGM, CFGS, or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years’ experience leading electrical construction teams. * Knowledge of low-voltage systems, electrical panels, conduits, wiring, and current regulations. * Ability to interpret and follow electrical drawings and single-line diagrams. * Basic office software skills (Excel, work reports, etc.). * **20-hour PRL course** * **60-hour PRL course** * **Class B driver’s license** **Additional qualifications (desirable but not mandatory):** * Courses on electrical risk, working at height, confined spaces, and elevated platforms. * Further technical training in electricity. * Knowledge of systems such as KNX, DALI, ZIGBEE, etc. **What we offer:** * **Continuous training** for you and your team.
