It works closely with government agencies and construction firms on the technical development of tenders for hydraulic, road, railway, and energy infrastructure projects. **Job description:** We are seeking a **Tendering and Studies Technician** with experience in preparing **technical documentation** for public civil works tenders. The selected candidate will join the technical team, participating in tender analysis, drafting technical reports, preparing budgets, and planning construction projects. **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze administrative and technical tender documents. * Draft technical reports and documentation for tenders. * Prepare and review budgets (Presto, Excel). * Coordinate with drafters, suppliers, and other departments. * Schedule timelines (MS Project) and monitor delivery deadlines. **Essential requirements:** ✔ Experience in **hydraulic or road civil works tenders**. ✔ Direct involvement in the **technical aspects** of public tenders. ✔ Advanced proficiency in **Presto, MS Project, and AutoCAD**. ✔ Professional experience in **Spain**. ✔ Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field. **We offer:** Hybrid arrangement (office in Valencia \+ 2 remote days) or 100% remote if you reside outside.
