Our multidisciplinary team operates with a strong focus on innovation and regulatory compliance. **Job Description** We are seeking a Construction Manager with experience in photovoltaic and electrical projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end construction management: planning, technical supervision, team coordination, economic control, and client and technical management liaison. **Responsibilities** \- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of photovoltaic and electrical projects. \- Manage in-house teams and subcontractors. \- Monitor the project’s technical, documentation, and financial progress. \- Supervise layout surveys, measurements, and certifications. \- Ensure compliance with current regulations and safety protocols. \- Resolve technical issues arising during execution. **Requirements** \- Degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies, or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing photovoltaic or electrical construction projects. \- Practical knowledge of the Spanish Low-Voltage Electrical Regulation (REBT) and applicable regulations. \- Ability to manage teams and suppliers. \- Proficiency in planning tools and technical software. \- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience in industrial or collective self-consumption projects. \- Occupational Health and Safety training (20/60 hours) or Safety and Health Coordination certification. \- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. **What We Offer** \- Opportunity to join a solid and expanding company. \- Innovative, high-technical-value projects. \- Professional development and job stability. \- Compensation commensurate with experience provided. \- Company vehicle and allowances per internal policy. **How to Apply** Send your CV to: **p.sanchez@psm\-connect.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €35,000.00–€35,700.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
