Aktrion Iberia is a technical consulting service provider that offers comprehensive engineering and quality assistance, as well as other auxiliary services. On this occasion, we need to incorporate a bodywork technician/painter at our Almussafes, Valencia center, to become part of the painting team for the AMC (Aktrion Mobility Center) project. The main responsibilities for this position are as follows: \- Diagnose damage to the vehicle's structure \- Organize materials and products required for repairs \- Prepare the vehicle's surface for subsequent painting \- Repair vehicle bodywork: dents, fenders, bumpers, locks... \- Dismantle and reassemble fixed and movable parts of the vehicle \- Replace, glue, and repair windows \- Aluminum repairs \- Plastic repairs \- Inspect and evaluate damage on vehicles to be repaired \- Sanding, puttying, masking/taping, and preparing vehicles \- Vehicle polishing \- Prepare and apply paint according to each vehicle's technical specifications and color catalog \- Monitor inventory of paint materials and manage their waste We are looking for a candidate with attention to detail, passion for high-quality work, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team. We also expect cooperation in maintaining a safe and clean working environment and organizational skills for project implementation. A minimum of 1 year of experience performing the tasks mentioned above is required, along with intermediate-level vocational training (FP) in vehicle bodywork or related fields. In addition, theoretical and practical knowledge of tools used for dismantling components, stretching tools and benches, as well as handling manual and automatic vehicles, is essential. Experience with sheet metal tools, knowledge of aluminum repairs, and proficiency in damage estimation software (Solera, GT, DAT) will also be valued.
