We are looking for you!. .**Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * Providing administrative support to **customers and suppliers**, both by phone and email. * Managing and tracking orders. * Monitoring and maintaining **product traceability**. * Entering and updating data in the **Navision system**. * Managing orders in the **Navision system**. * Filing and organizing administrative documentation. * Providing general administrative support and coordinating with other company departments. * Resolving administrative issues related to orders, invoicing, or suppliers. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 08:30–18:00, with a **1 hour and 15 minute break**. * **Friday:** 08:30–16:45, with a **1 hour and 15 minute break**. * **Permanent contract**.
