




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative support with experience in accounting, order management, and customer service to join a food packaging team and assist in internal operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team integration to ensure smooth internal operations. 2. Support in basic accounting and order management. 3. Customer service and support for the commercial department. Administrative support is required for a food packaging company based in Paiporta. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to join the team and contribute to daily tasks, ensuring efficient internal operations. This position offers a temporary contract initially for 3 months, extendable. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, including a one-hour lunch break (flexible timing). Initial training on the company’s proprietary management software will be provided. Responsibilities include supporting basic accounting tasks, managing and tracking orders, providing customer service and commercial department support, as well as issuing and managing delivery notes, invoices, and labels. Prior experience as an administrative assistant, knowledge of accounting, order management, and customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to learn quickly are required. A personal vehicle is mandatory.
