Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Technical Analyst to support the technical-functional analysis of the digital product backlog and ensure consistency among business requirements, APIs, and validations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical planning support for integrations and validations 2. Technical analysis of User Stories and documentation management 3. Liaison between Product, QA, and Development in integrations At ISTOBAL GROUP, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for the role of Software Technical Analyst. The selected candidate will support the technical-functional analysis of the digital product backlog and ensure alignment among business requirements, API contracts, and technical validations. They will serve as a junior liaison between Product, QA, and Development in initiatives related to integrations and connectivity. Their role will be divided into two main areas with the following responsibilities: **Technical Onboarding:** * Technical planning support for integrations based on client use cases. * Configuration of test environments and test data. * Execution of technical validations during onboarding. * Functional validation of end-to-end flows. * Early identification of technical and functional risks. **Technical-Functional Management of the Digital Product Backlog:** * Technical analysis of functional User Stories. * Review and definition of acceptance criteria. * Identification and tracking of technical dependencies. * Ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities. * Support for functional QA of the digital product. * Management and updating of technical and functional documentation. To be suitable for this position, candidates must have: * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Software Development or equivalent. * 2 years of experience in technical support roles for digital product integrations. * Junior development experience with a focus on backend and APIs. * Knowledge of technical-functional analysis. * Understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets. * Analysis of User Stories within the digital product backlog. * Functional validation of integrations. * Ability to manage technical and functional documentation. Additional qualifications that will be highly valued include: * Degree in Computer Engineering. * Knowledge of API design, documentation, and consumption using Swagger / OpenAPI. * API testing. * Knowledge of Webhooks. * Basic concepts of API security. * Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. * Autonomous management of technical tasks
