We are looking for an accounting administration manager for a hotel located in the Canet area. The main responsibilities include detailed recording of all financial transactions, both income (such as room reservations) and expenses (payments to suppliers). Additionally, thorough cash flow control is required to ensure fund availability for daily operations, supervision of bank accounts, and performing periodic bank reconciliations. Managing collections and monitoring outstanding accounts are also key tasks. The selected candidate will also be responsible for preparing annual and monthly budgets, analyzing potential deviations from budgeted figures, proposing measures to optimize savings and efficiency, and filing relevant tax returns (VAT, IRPF, corporate tax). Demonstrable experience of at least 4 years in accounting management is required, along with an autonomous, solution-oriented, proactive profile and strong communication skills.
