We are seeking a geriatric care assistant for a facility located in Sollana. The position involves a substitute contract with rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Holding the official corresponding qualification is mandatory, as is possessing a valid driver’s license and having access to a personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. The main responsibilities of this role include assisting and caring for residents in their daily activities—particularly those they cannot perform independently. The assistant will also handle tasks related to personal care and maintaining residents’ living environment, such as personal hygiene, cleaning and tidying rooms, and managing clothing. Additionally, the geriatric care assistant will provide feeding assistance to residents who require it, manage meal reception and distribution, and perform repositioning as needed. Any health-related incidents involving residents must be reported promptly, and the assistant will collaborate in preparing first-aid kit supplies.
