Educational Outreach Sales Representative
**Objective**
Siena Educación, a company specializing in socio-educational projects, events, and communications, is seeking to immediately hire an Educational Outreach Sales Representative to support the promotion and implementation of training and social programs across the Valencian Community (Alicante, Valencia, and Castellón).
We are looking for a results-oriented individual with strong commercial and communication skills who enjoys interacting with educational institutions and local authorities, and who feels comfortable working primarily by phone, following a structured outreach process supported by digital tools.
**Job Description**
The selected candidate will be responsible for outreach and commercial management of educational institutions and municipal bodies interested in participating in training programs promoted by Siena Educación.
Activities will be conducted mainly via telephone and remote channels, working with a CRM-organized contact database, tracking opportunities, statuses, and actions. Occasional in-person meetings or travel may be required depending on project needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Contact educational institutions and municipal bodies by phone to present training programs.
* Record and manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM.
* Identify interest, provide guidance, and support institutions throughout the participation process.
* Conduct commercial follow-up and finalize participation agreements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper program execution.
* Provide occasional logistical and organizational support related to educational programs.
**Requirements**
* Strong commercial and communication skills, especially over the phone.
* Prior experience in sales, outreach, or customer service roles.
* Experience with CRM or other commercial management tools (e.g., tracking, status updates, notes, calendar integration) is desirable.
* University degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or related fields (not mandatory).
* Interest in educational and social initiatives, as well as in digital and technological applications.
* Organizational ability, autonomy, and goal orientation.
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (for occasional travel).

Profile:
* University degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or related fields (not mandatory).

* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (for occasional travel).
* Excellent communication skills, strong organizational capacity, and clear focus on goals and results.
