Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle vehicle material damage claims, managing claims files from start to finish within the insurance sector and ensuring high-quality service to clients. Efficient resolution of claims files We are looking for a professional to handle vehicle material damage claims in Madrid. If you have experience managing claims files from start to finish and are comfortable working within the insurance sector, this is your opportunity to join a rapidly growing team located on Paseo de la Castellana. Your main responsibility will be to manage cases comprehensively—both those handled under the SDM agreement and those processed through conventional CICOS procedures. This includes applying your knowledge of valuation guidelines and tariffs to ensure high-quality client service and efficient resolution of each claim file. A temporary contract of 3 to 4 months is offered, with potential for extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, and the gross annual salary is approximately €18\,000. Remote work options become available after the first three months. What Are We Looking For? * Experience handling claims files for insurance companies or expert appraisal firms, specifically in the automobile material damage line of business. * Proficiency in computer skills and claims management platforms or similar systems. * DESIRABLE: Knowledge of valuation systems (GTESTIMATE and AUDATEX) or vocational training qualifications in Automotive Engineering.
