Special Employment Center DYMAI, located in Móstoles (Las Nieves Industrial Park), we are seeking to hire a Logistics Manager for our handling warehouse.\n\n**Responsibilities**\n\n\n\nPlan, together with the Production Manager, the organization of material resources required for production within their area of responsibility, ensuring their proper use, order, and safety.\n\n\nDefine, classify, and assign tasks; coordinate staff under their supervision; organize their own work and that of the team to ensure appropriate planning and timely delivery.\n\n\nMaintain workplace discipline and ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures, and safety measures.\n\n\nManage daily communication with assigned client companies regarding orders, production tracking, and product delivery.\n\n\nIdentify and monitor material, consumable, and other resource requirements based on the production process of their section.\n\n\nSupervise and maintain machinery, facilities, materials, and other assets under their responsibility in optimal condition.\n\n\nMonitor the status of machines, tools, equipment, and accessories required for staff under their supervision.\n\n\nApply and ensure compliance with production quality methodology and standards, as defined in content and timelines.\n\n\nPropose continuous improvements within their scope of work aimed at optimizing processes, service quality, and client outcomes.\n\n\nPerform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by their direct supervisor.\n\n\nPropose improvements within their scope of work, oriented toward enhancing service execution and client results.\n\n**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**\n\n\nHigh school diploma / Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) / Regulated studies related to warehouse logistics.\n\n**ADDITIONAL TRAINING**\n\n\nKnowledge of basic warehouse procedures.\n\n\nBasic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.\n\n\nBasic knowledge of inventory management.\n\n\nFamiliarity with documentation for outgoing orders and delivery notes (albaranes).\n\n\nAdvanced demonstrated proficiency in using computer tools.\n\n\nDemonstrable experience of at least two years in loading and unloading trucks.\n\n\nDemonstrable experience in warehouse logistics.\n\n\n**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**\n\n\nPlanning and
