At **KINEDRIK by EADIC**, we are seeking a **Project Manager** with a senior profile to join a **strategic public tender project** focused on the design, coordination, and implementation of digital skills training programs for citizens, aligned with the **European Digital Competence Framework (DIGCOMP)**. The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the project, serving as the primary liaison with the contracting entity and ensuring proper planning, coordination, and supervision of all activities; timely achievement of milestones; quality of deliverables; and appropriate management of the multidisciplinary team assigned to the contract. This is a key position within the project, carrying high responsibility for technical, methodological, and organizational management—ensuring compliance with requirements defined in the tender specifications and achievement of objectives set by the contracting authority. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a professional with a solid track record in managing training, digital transformation, or educational content development projects, who brings strategic vision, leadership capability, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The candidate must demonstrate: * A university degree in Engineering, Education, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technologies, or related disciplines. * Minimum of **three (3\) years** of experience in projects similar in scope to the subject of this contract. * At least **two (2\) years of experience** in citizen-oriented projects related to digital competencies aligned with the **DIGCOMP** framework. * Proven experience in coordinating work teams and managing end-to-end training or digital transformation projects. * Experience in designing, developing, and supervising digital training content. * Ability to conduct technical and financial project monitoring, manage schedules, risks, quality indicators, and prepare progress reports. **Particularly valued:** * Prior experience executing **public tenders**, contracts with Public Administrations, or projects funded by public resources. * Familiarity with the European Digital Competence Framework (**DIGCOMP**) and its application in training programs. * Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalents). * Proficiency with planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar. **Professional competencies** * Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic planning and organization. * Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Management of complex projects. * Excellent communication and institutional liaison skills. * Results orientation and objective attainment. * Incident resolution and risk management. * Commitment to quality and excellence in service delivery.
