We are looking for a CHEF for TAKUMI MADRID Takumi Madrid is a high-end Japanese restaurant that combines two kitchens: sushi bar and hot kitchen, always adhering to traditional Japanese culinary techniques. The restaurant is located on Calle Claudio Coello and serves a regular, high-end clientele. We seek professionals who are passionate, committed, and enthusiastic about Japanese cuisine, as well as eager to grow professionally. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** \-Perform kitchen duties including receiving ingredients, food preparation, and executing service at the assigned station. \-Solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine and ability to prepare dishes across various stations—rotating among hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and sushi bar—is mandatory. \-Prior experience at a sushi bar station, mastery of related techniques, and consistent execution of dishes will be highly valued. \-Careful handling of all equipment and efficient utilization of raw materials required for job-related tasks is essential. \-Strong teamwork skills, organizational ability, and time management. \-Proactive attitude, commitment, and eagerness to continue learning.
