This role requires the ability to cross-functionally manage expertise verticals (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Labor Relations, etc.), ensuring their integration into the local strategy and fostering collaboration with global teams. **Key Responsibilities**  Serve as the primary People representative in Spain, acting as a strategic business partner and advisor to local managers.  Lead the local implementation of global HR programs and policies, adapting them to Spanish legislation and cultural context.  Manage and coordinate People & Culture expertise verticals in a matrix model, ensuring consistent execution of global initiatives across Spain.  Design and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring competitiveness in the Spanish market.  Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience.  Lead the full performance and development cycle: evaluations, succession planning, key talent identification, and training programs.  Provide support and advice to managers and employees on career development, feedback, engagement, and motivation.  Manage labor relations in Spain, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and serving as the point of contact for external advisors, works councils, and trade unions as required.  Collaborate on defining and implementing compensation and benefits policies, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.  Drive engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives to foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performing environment.  Collaborate with global teams on organizational transformation projects, HR process digitalization, and change management.  Develop and analyze People metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making. **Required Profile**  7–10 years of HR experience, with >3 years as an HR Manager/HRBP Senior in technology/consulting environments, ideally within multinational organizations with matrix structures.  Knowledge of Spanish labor law.  Ability to work in multicultural environments and engage with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels.  Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.  Strategic mindset with practical, results-oriented approach.  Business orientation, stakeholder influence and management; autonomy and execution capability.  High level of English (Portuguese is a plus).
