The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **IMPORTANT**: Hybrid model in Madrid—2 days per week in the office. **Responsibilities:** * Development and implementation of Python scripts and applications for process automation and document management * Comprehensive technical documentation: requirements specifications, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and maintenance manuals * Code validation and testing, ensuring robustness and quality in tariff calculation algorithms * Cross-functional collaboration with Actuarial, Technology, and IT teams to ensure technical and business alignment * Optimization of existing processes and proposal of technical improvements based on engineering best practices * Knowledge of cloud architectures, GitHub, MLFlow or similar tools for model deployment.
