The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with two days off per week. * Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement, plus responsibility allowance. * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. Responsibilities * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
