At **TM Grupo Inmobiliario**, a leader in the **construction and real estate development sector**, we are looking for a **Construction Site Manager (Building)** to join our team on the Costa del Sol, eager to grow professionally within a **well-established** and **dynamic** company. ### **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a **proactive** individual with **attention to detail** and **strong teamwork capabilities**, who will closely collaborate with the **site team** to ensure adherence to **deadlines**, **quality standards**, and **continuous process improvement**. ### **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * **Plan, coordinate, and supervise** on-site construction execution, promoting **safety** to eliminate accident risks. * Conduct thorough **deadline monitoring**, **propose and implement corrective measures**, and submit monthly reports to headquarters. * **Manage the project’s approved budget**, monitoring and reporting on projected budget performance. * **Lead the production team** (foremen and in-house resources), positively influencing goal achievement. * **Plan, coordinate, and supervise** on-site construction execution, promoting **safety** to eliminate accident risks. * **Ensure consistency** between **on-site reality and information provided to clients**. * **Supervise** the technical and financial **contracting of suppliers and subcontractors**, ensuring compliance with **budget**, **quality**, and **schedule**. ### **Requirements:** * **Technical Architecture** – **Building Engineering or Civil Engineering (ITOP / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering)** or another related technical degree. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in site management** within the construction/promotion sector. * Proficiency in **project management software** and planning tools. * Excellent **communication and leadership skills**, with ability to coordinate teams. * Ability to **work under pressure, manage incidents**, and propose effective solutions. * **Geographic availability** for **relocation** to one of our construction sites (Valencia). ### **What Do We Offer?** * **Professional development opportunities** at a sector-leading company. * A **dynamic and challenging work environment**, with innovative projects. * Access to **continuous training**. * **Competitive salary and additional benefits**.
