We are currently looking to hire an **Open Systems Planner**:
**What will be your mission? What will be your role?**
* + *Reception, analysis, and tracking* of assigned tasks.
+ **Batch task planning with Control‑M** (graphical and Z).
+ Development and maintenance of **JCL**.
+ Coordination and communication with other agencies regarding **institutional file exchange**.
+ Cross-departmental technical support.
+ **Resolution of incidents** within the daily execution schedule.
+ Monitoring and verification of completed tasks.
+ Development of **technical documentation**, flowcharts, operational guides, and planning manuals.
+ Management of requests via **SENA / ServiceNow**: ticket reception, execution, and closure.
**Essential Technical Knowledge**
We seek a professional experienced in the following environments and tools:* + **OS390 / z/OS, JES2**
+ **Control‑M** (batch)
+ **SMS, HSM**
+ **REXX, AOC, JCL**
+ **CLIST, TCP/IP, VTAM**
