Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend/Full-Stack Developer to build websites, applications, and integrations—with a strong focus on Backend development—within a dynamic and expanding team. Ongoing collaboration with design and marketing teams At Impulsa3, we have an opening for a Backend/Full\-Stack Developer at our Madrid office to develop websites, applications, and integrations using PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Angular, and other technologies—with a specialization in Backend. You will work within a horizontal organizational structure and receive support from all departments for project demand prioritization and management. As part of the selection process, you will be asked to complete a simple technical test to assess your technical knowledge. ### MINIMUM EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering; Higher Technical Degree in Computer Science; or self-taught profile. ### MINIMUM EXPERIENCE * Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable professional experience. ### LANGUAGES * English B1 ### RESPONSIBILITIES * Development and maintenance of client websites and applications in PHP using WordPress or Laravel. * Development of custom WordPress plugins and themes. * Development of customized applications for Shopify. * Development of connectors and integrations with proprietary or third-party APIs across different platforms (ERP, CRM, billing systems). * Database optimization. * Maintenance and updating of development and production environments, including migration, deployment, and automation tasks. * Implementation of security enhancements in applications and server configurations, following security standards. * Continuous collaboration with frontend, design, and marketing teams. * Documentation of development processes and creation of technical guides to improve long-term code scalability and maintainability. * Communication with end clients to understand technical requirements, present progress updates, and deliver recommendations. ### HIGHLY VALUED * Demonstrable experience in full\-stack projects * Self-taught and proactive profile (personal projects or independent development) ### LANGUAGES/TOOLS * PHP * WordPress * Laravel * Angular * MySQL * HTML/JS/CSS * Shopify * VS Code * Git ### SOCIAL BENEFITS * 23 vacation days. * Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 9:00 to 13:00\. * 100% remote work and intensive working schedule during August (8:00–15:00)\. * Partial remote work for the rest of the year (after completion of the adaptation period). * Support for work–life balance. * Permanent contract and an excellent, dynamic work environment. * Professional stability and growth.
