Join the denim lovers who work for denim at its core. **Purpose of the Role** The Store Manager leads the G\-Star store, achieving or exceeding targets in sales, marketing, profitability, and other KPIs to strengthen G\-Star’s business. The Store Manager’s role is to create and maintain a workplace supported by an engaged and efficient sales team that delivers a strong omnichannel customer experience and embodies G\-Star’s DNA. They foster a culture of sales and service to optimize both brand and shopping experiences, as well as store performance. **Key Responsibilities** Management of assigned store’s sales and KPIs * Enhance store performance while managing KPIs in real time. * Develop weekly and monthly action plans; prioritize activities for the store. * Provide hands-on guidance and support to the store team to achieve their KPIs and advance outcomes related to talent, operations, products, customers, and financial aspects of the business. * Share real-time performance data, trends, and key business drivers with the District Manager. Team Development * Responsible for the store team’s performance through oversight of recruitment, training, and development in sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and G\-Star’s DNA. * Timely hiring of store staff and onboarding of new employees via G\-Star’s platform. * Identify store staff training needs and deliver online or in-person training courses (e.g., sales, service, product knowledge); provide direct coaching to store staff. * Create and adjust in-store staffing schedules. * Ensure and promote a safe and inclusive workplace environment and culture. * Motivate and maximize team engagement. Store Operations * Ensure store staff adhere to policies and procedures. * Maintain full product replenishment and ensure the store remains clean and organized at all times. * Guarantee that Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and execution of seasonal in-store marketing campaigns align with G\-Star’s store concept and requirements (e.g., product presentation, mannequins, window displays, signage). **Profile** * 3\-5 years’ experience as a Store Manager (or Assistant Store Manager) * Solid understanding of retail sales and related KPIs, budgeting and forecasting, and developing action plans to drive store performance * Knowledge of apparel (denim) or fashion * Industry: preferably denim/fashion or luxury goods; beauty and cosmetics * Strong English communication skills **Competencies** * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Results-oriented mindset * People-focused personality * Positive attitude * Strong presentation, training, and coaching abilities * Flexibility to work in another store **What the Selection Process Looks Like** 1\) We’ll carefully review your CV, so please be specific when describing your experience.
