**Position: Onboarding Manager - Web / SaaS Projects - TravelTech** **Location:** Malaga **Department:** Projects **About the Opportunity** At **SMYT**, a boutique consultancy specializing in market expansion and high-impact talent management, we are supporting our client in the search for an **Onboarding Manager**. This is a key role responsible for leading the client onboarding process within web projects and SaaS environments, ensuring a smooth, professional, and results-driven experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the **primary point of contact** for clients after contract signing. * Conduct the **initial briefing**, thoroughly understanding objectives and needs. * Collect and validate key content and materials required for the project. * Coordinate with Accounts and Support teams to implement **rate loading, offers, and configurations**. * Ensure **timely delivery and milestone achievement**, maintaining an overall project perspective. * Guide the client throughout the entire **onboarding process**, resolving issues and building trust. * Collaborate closely with Product and QA teams to implement adjustments. * Act as the **final quality checkpoint** before final production release. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years of experience in web project management or client onboarding within digital/SaaS environments**. * Excellent **communication, empathy, and solution-oriented skills**. * Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (design, development, support, QA\&). * General knowledge of **web environments, UX, and/or CMS**. * Experience in the **hospitality or travel tech sector is highly desirable**. **Education** University degree related to **digital environments, project management, tourism, or similar fields**. **What Our Client Offers** * **Stable employment contract** with immediate start. * **Continuous training** and a professional development plan. * **Flexible working hours** and **2 days of remote work per week**. * **Daily healthy buffet** at the office. * Additional wellness benefits: English classes, yoga, cross-training, gym access, and internal events.
