Your Profile To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * A degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus experience in manufacturing or hardware production quality. * Knowledge of quality regulations and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, PECAL, IPC/WHMA) and familiarity with audits and certifications. * Proficiency in quality and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, NC, Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma). * English at B2/C1 level for interaction with international clients and handling tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. * Rigor, attention to detail, ability to interact with customers/suppliers, and problem-solving skills in production environments.
