Job Summary: We are seeking experienced personnel for meat cutting and boning, handling meat products, deboning, and ensuring final product quality on the production line. Key Responsibilities: 1. Refine meat cutting techniques on the production line 2. Proven skill in using knives and cutting tools 3. Compliance with quality and food safety standards We are looking for experienced personnel to work in a meat cutting and boning room in Cártama. Main tasks will include cutting and processing meat products, deboning cuts, and other cutting and handling operations. You will also be responsible for finishing meat pieces, ensuring the quality of each item, and preparing the final product. You will join a production line where you can refine your meat cutting techniques. Additionally, you will handle raw material loading and supply. It is essential to maintain tools in optimal condition for efficient and safe operation. Prior experience in industrial slaughterhouses and production lines is required, along with proven ability in handling knives and cutting tools. Ability to work under pressure and good physical condition for moving goods will be valued. A proactive attitude, flexibility, and adherence to quality and food safety standards are essential. Previous experience in industrial slaughterhouses and production lines. Demonstrated skill and experience in using knives and cutting tools. Ability to work under pressure.
