We are seeking a professional with experience in the comprehensive management of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects and industrial projects. Key responsibilities include leading projects from conception through to final delivery, controlling technical and economic aspects. Effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining smooth communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and overseeing engineering and planning will be essential. This encompasses everything from obtaining permits to negotiating contracts and managing resources, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. A university degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering is required; additional qualifications in Technical Architecture or project management are valued. A high level of English proficiency (minimum C1) is mandatory for participation in international projects. Minimum 5 years’ experience in EPC project management, industrial construction, energy, or logistics. Proven experience in the technical and economic leadership of large-scale projects. An international track record in coordinating projects and multidisciplinary teams.
