Our client is a multinational software company with offices in Germany, France, Japan and Spain (Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid). They develop technological products specialized in the financial and insurance sectors. We are looking for **a Consultant** to join the Consulting team in the Barcelona or Valencia office. ### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies. * Coordinate small agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area. * Lead complex business analyses, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor less experienced team members. * Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as required by the project. * Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis. * Act as a Scrum Master with the option to grow into an Agile Coach role. * Support B2B sales activities ### **What do we expect from you?** * At least **3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector** **insurance**, in an international environment.
