We are currently looking for a professional to join our team as a **BIM Manager** with a **PMO background** in **Madrid/Barcelona/Tarragona.** **Job Description** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Analyze BIM information and manage BIM tools (especially 3D, 4D, and 5D) from a project management (PMO) perspective. * Translate and implement BIM processes into the PMO governance model, anticipating risks and ensuring that BIM standards and procedures do not negatively impact project monitoring and control. * Act as an interface between the PMO, the BMO (BIM Office), and Engineering Management, facilitating the integration of tools, KPIs, and methodologies. * Support the quick definition of BIM roles and responsibilities within the PMO, and subsequently provide ongoing support according to emerging needs. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * **University degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.** * **Senior experience (+5 years) in industrial project management**, preferably in Oil\&Gas, energy, or construction environments. * **Proven experience in BIM implementation and coordination** (minimum 5 years on relevant projects). * **Prior PMO experience and in-depth knowledge of project governance models.** * **High level of English (C1\)** * Technical knowledge in: + **BIM tools**: Bexel, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), Revit, Navisworks. + **Planning tools**: Primavera P6, MS Project. + **Project cost control and KPI tools.** + **Document management systems and collaborative environments** **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** International working environment and professional growth Permanent contract ️ 22 days of vacation Days off to recharge energy Private medical insurance * Flexible working hours Hybrid remote work model At ATEXIS, we value every individual within our organization.
