With integrated cloud\-based solutions such as our MAX platform, we embrace the full potential of digitalization, transforming ourselves into a digitally augmented company to make life easier, more efficient and more comfortable. **What we expect** The company aims to harmonize business processes, making them faster, more agile, and cost efficient, in order to deliver the best value to customers, and inside of Process Automation team, in your new role, you will be responsible for technical projects, provider management, and technical guidelance, collaborating with external providers, business stakeholders, citizen developers and global team for governance with following activities: * Supporting business teams processes as business analyst, acting between business and providers. * Collaborating with internal IT and manage the external IT implementation partners from the specification of a change/new application over the development to UAT\&Hypercare * Controlling external service providers based on KPI for incidents, service requests, problems and changes. **Who we are looking for** * Degree in IT, engineering, business or comparable qualification * Very good knowledge of ServiceNow, at least 5\-7 years of experience and ServiceNow (CSA or CAD) Certification, CIS AppEngine would be an advantage. * You will have solid knowledge of project management, ideally acquired though relevant certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL). * Ability to influence and drive change outside of your functional scope * Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets and risks in a dynamic environment * High problem\-solving competence and ability to manage complexity * Excellent verbal communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills and high degree of personal initiative to engage and build relationships * Willingness to travel and work in a global environment (occasional) * Professional fluency in English (German, French, Italian skills would be good as well but no must have) and excellent MS Office knowledge * Proactively customer and solution oriented * Motivated to take ownership and courageous to communicate issues transparently * Ability to understand hidden pain points behind business requirements and quickly identify potential solutions and / or workarounds * Strong team player with a permanent focus on the end\-to\-end delivered value **What we offer*** Secure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package * Social benefits and an attractive work calendar. * Teamwork \& safety – an open, transparent, and value\-oriented culture * Individualized training plan from your very first day. * TK Elevator is a company with an open, transparent culture that focuses on the people who make it up.
