Java Analyst/Programmer At Baoss, we are seeking a Java Analyst/Programmer with solid experience in analysis, design, and development of solutions, as well as in user communication and application support. The selected candidate will participate in requirements gathering, definition of functional and technical solutions, development, implementation, and incident resolution. Responsibilities Gather requirements and identify business needs. Maintain direct communication with users and functional departments. Define solution proposals aligned with business objectives. Analyze needs and prepare functional and technical specifications. Participate in the analysis, design, and planning of solutions. Develop and implement Java-based applications. Participate in quality assurance and control of the developed product. Diagnose and resolve issues and incidents in existing applications and tools. Provide functional and technical support to users. Work autonomously and proactively, coordinating with various involved teams. Mandatory Requirements At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Java analyst. At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Java developer. Solid experience working with Java 8\. Experience with portlets and JSP pages. Experience in Java development using Eclipse. Experience deploying on IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS). Experience with Subversion (SVN) and Git. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in designing, developing, or integrating REST services. Ability to gather requirements and prepare specifications. Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation. Desirable Knowledge Experience in projects related to mobile applications.
