We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our Project Management team!** We are looking to hire a **PMO Support** professional with a **Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification**, to support engineering project management, working closely with the **Chief Engineer (ChE)**. **What will you do?** --------------- You will primarily participate in **project planning, monitoring, and control activities**, with the possibility of occasionally contributing to other phases of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for task registration and tracking, progress updates, and supporting project status control. You will assist in identifying and tracing requirements, linking them to activities, deliverables, and schedules. You will collaborate in preparing initial project documentation, such as kickoff reports, Kick-Off meeting materials, and basic project plans (engineering, risk, etc.). You will perform periodic review and updating of schedules, resource plans, budgets, and WBS, ensuring information is accurately reflected in corporate systems. You will support project information governance by requesting data from various stakeholders, consolidating it into corporate templates, and maintaining document traceability.
