The selected candidate will be responsible for executing, maintaining, and supervising mechanical systems across various construction projects, ensuring their proper operation and installation quality. **Responsibilities:** * Install, assemble, and commission mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, etc.) on industrial construction sites. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical installations, diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs. * Supervise and coordinate subcontractor work related to mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Interpret drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate project execution. * Collaborate in preparing technical reports and site documentation related to mechanical installations. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all activities. * Manage and control inventory of materials and tools required for mechanical installations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in installation and maintenance processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. A Master’s degree in industrial disciplines is desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the construction or building/infrastructure maintenance sector. * Prior experience in developing mechanical installation projects (HVAC, fire protection, low- and medium-voltage electrical systems) and industrial construction works. * Knowledge and proficiency in BIM applications, design, and management (Revit, Navisworks, etc.). * Knowledge and proficiency in calculation and simulation software. * Leadership ability, team management skills, and problem-solving capability. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Theoretical knowledge and regulatory understanding of mechanical system calculation, optimization, and design. * Problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) is desirable. * Experience using AutoCAD is desirable. **Seize the challenge.
