This role is essential for managing our mobility programs and focuses on the **search and placement of professional internships (traineeships)**, primarily working with **Erasmus+ projects**. **Key Responsibilities** The position requires a well-rounded individual to manage the following tasks: * **CV Analysis and Profile Management:** Review participants' resumes and manage their internship application profiles. * **Internship Search and Placement:** **Actively prospect companies** and identify internship positions (Host Companies) matching applicants' profiles. * **Follow-up and Coordination:** Maintain communication and provide follow-up support to participants throughout their internship experience. * **Erasmus+ Project Management:** Analyze project documents and organize appropriate professional visits and seminars for mobility groups. * **Partner Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborating companies and host partners. * **Network Expansion:** Identify new cooperation partners and support existing ones. **Candidate Requirements** To be considered, candidates must meet the following: * **Experience:** Experience in a similar role (HR, *Recruitment*, or Talent Placement) or an **excellent attitude in interpersonal relations**. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Possess strong communication and social relationship abilities. * **Autonomy and Flexibility:** Be independent, flexible, and have a strong team spirit. * **Organization:** Have strong organizational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * **Language Proficiency:** Advanced (C1/C2) level in **Spanish** and **English** (essential). **Are you passionate about mobility and European education?** If you're ready to drive the success of our Erasmus+ projects, send us your CV.
