It's what we do.** **Develop your career with us.** KPMG Spain is looking for a **Microsoft Business Developer** to join our **Microsoft CoE department**. **What will you be able to do?** * Identify and assess new business opportunities in the target market (SMEs, mid-sized companies, corporations) to expand our client portfolio. * Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including negotiation, value proposition, contract, follow-up, and implementation. * Analyze client needs, deeply understand their business processes, and translate them into suitable Microsoft solutions (F\&O, Business Central, CRM, Power Platform, Copilot, Power Automate…). * Work closely with consulting and service teams, ensuring proposal adequacy, project feasibility, and high post-sales customer satisfaction. * Achieve and exceed established sales targets, both in new business and growth within existing clients (up\-sell, cross\-sell). * Represent KPMG at events, trade fairs, webinars within the technology sector, Microsoft ecosystem, and partner networks, generating visibility, networking, and leads. * Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology, artificial intelligence, automation, conversational agents, and their application in the business environment to offer innovative solutions to clients. * Professionally manage the client portfolio, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and rigorous use of CRM/internal sales systems. * Manage contract and license renewals, as well as identify additional opportunities for consulting, maintenance, and support services. **What do you need to know?** * At least 8 years of proven experience in consultative sales of management software (ERPs), preferably within Microsoft consulting or IT services environments. * Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), and platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power Automate, AI/Copilot.
