Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to join our electronics team in Madrid, developing avionics and communications equipment for space and defense applications. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a **Junior Systems Engineer** to join our electronics team in Madrid and participate in the development of avionics and communications equipment for space and defense applications. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the definition and management of system requirements for avionics and communications applications in space and defense. * Collaborate in the design and evolution of system architectures, electronic equipment, and RF subsystems. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, traceability matrices, and verification documentation. * Work collaboratively with Hardware, Firmware, Software, RF, Mechanical, Quality, and AIT teams. * Support integration, validation, and functional, environmental, EMC, and RF testing activities. * Contribute to defining verification strategies, test procedures, and acceptance criteria. * Participate in technical reviews, project meetings, and coordination activities with customers and internal teams. * Support the preparation of technical proposals and engineering documentation. **Candidate Qualifications, Experience, and Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines. * Interest in the space, aerospace, or defense sectors. * Knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, RF communications, or system integration. * Analytical, proactive profile with enthusiasm for learning in technologically demanding environments. **Desirable:** * Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Valispace, among others). * Knowledge of communication protocols and electronic architectures. * Familiarity with standards and development processes in high-reliability environments.
