Madrid, Madrid Job Summary **Skills:** Native Spanish speaker Organized Fast Efficient Detail\-oriented Proactive Able to manage large volumes of data/documents Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel; mastery of VLOOKUP is a minimum requirement) Teamwork and collaboration **Scope of responsibilities:** Medical device notification in the local HA database Data cleansing and reconciliation across systems (MDRIM, RAD, local databases) Preliminary review of dossiers or documentation prior to submission to the local HA database Maintenance of the document repository (structure, version control) **Third party (distributors) communications:** local agreements with distributors Key Responsibilities 1\. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. 2\. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity 3\. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module\| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). 4\.
