In ACCIONA’s Internship Program, you will join multidisciplinary teams and participate in real-world projects from day one, guided by expert professionals who will accelerate your development and learning within a global leader in sustainable solutions.**Job Description** For our General Services department, we are seeking a trainee student to support furniture management and inventory at the ACCIONA Campus, as well as provide operational support across various corporate services. Main Responsibilities: * Support furniture inventory and registration in Oracle for the ACCIONA Campus. * Generate and manage labels for furniture classification. * Scan and collect information using handheld barcode scanners. * Classify and update data in Excel, followed by loading/localizing it into the management tool. * Provide administrative and operational support to the General Services area—including Logistics, Catering, Transportation, and Real Estate Management. **Candidate Requirements** * Final-year student in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Data Science, Service Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or Business Analytics. * Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI, R, Python. * Motivation for resource coordination and interaction with suppliers. * Basic office software proficiency (Adobe, Outlook, web platforms, etc.). * English proficiency preferred. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Conditions:** * Possibility to sign a **University Training Agreement**, currently enrolled in the **final year of undergraduate studies.** * Availability to undertake a **6-month internship**, either **part-time or full-time.** * **Immediate start.** **What Do We Expect From You?** We seek high-potential individuals with strong teamwork capabilities and motivation to grow within an international company.
