**Objective**
------------
Develop and supervise the International Protection Programme together with the management team, area coordinators, and economic coordinator, ensuring appropriate management of the reception system, refugees, smooth functioning of local teams, supervisors’ responsibilities, and technical, administrative, accounting, and HR processes.
**Area: International Protection**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Lead the formulation, management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects falling under the international protection area.
* Promote collaborative work with implementing entities, territorial branches of the organization, and other cooperating entities.
* Guide and participate in coordination with the administration and finance department, supporting the management and processing of various requirements from funding entities.
* Review and approve diverse reports, summaries, and other technical documents supporting the implementation of area-specific projects.
* Drive internal training processes to ensure proper use of technical tools, protocols, manuals, and other methodologies guaranteeing optimal programme implementation.
* Conduct and guide active search and identification of new funding calls and public or private co-financing sources.
* Foster, from this area, the creation of support networks with other entities and social agents.
* Represent the organization in external meetings and working groups.
* Ensure compliance and timely implementation of processes and procedures adopted by the Quality Management System.
**Profile:**
* University degree in social, political, and/or administrative fields (e.g., Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Law, etc.).
* Training in Gender Equality.
* Experience in project management.
**What We Offer:**
* Indefinite contract, 40 hours/week
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (Hybrid scheme: 3 days in office / 2 days remote); flexibility required when necessary.
