Philip Morris International operates internationally in the tobacco and nicotine products sector for adult consumers. The training experience will take place within the **Procurement** area, involving interaction with diverse markets, teams, and suppliers.
Data analysis, digital transformation, and market research provide an environment especially linked to decision-making, anticipation, and innovation.
**The program**
You will complete the **Permanent Training Master’s Program in Adaptive Management and Innovation (90 ECTS, Nebrija University)**, integrating Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation, along with the Final Master’s Project (TFM).
You will apply effective communication and efficiency techniques; predictive and non-predictive decision-making, scenario analysis, pattern recognition, and critical thinking; as well as generative artificial intelligence, a hands\-on mindset, and validated learning.

**You won’t be alone**
You will be assigned a dedicated mentor from Philip Morris International. From the outset, you will have defined learning objectives, periodic follow-ups, and continuous feedback, with supervised activities and progressively increasing, supported autonomy.
**What we are looking for**
Given the internship content, suitable academic backgrounds include Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or other related disciplines. Knowledge of data analysis, visualization tools, and office software will be valued, as well as interest in procurement, digital transformation, sustainability, and artificial intelligence. Proficiency in English will also be valued to operate effectively in an international environment.
