Description
We are looking for people who enjoy details, who ask questions until they fully understand the context, and who can explain things in a simple way.
**What do we need?**
* University degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree, diploma, or technical engineering, **officially recognized in Spain**, in case of degrees obtained abroad.
Experience

* In the use and functional advisory of complex corporate applications in the public sector.
**What will your day-to-day look like?**

* Provide specialized functional support for applications, resolving usage questions and guiding correct application of procedures.
* Handle and manage functional incidents, queries, and requests, performing diagnostics, thoroughly documenting each case, and coordinating escalations when business issues or change requirements arise.
* Collaborate in the creation and updating of user manuals, functional guides, and training materials, identifying common question patterns and communicating them to training and digital competence teams.
And **what do we offer you?**
* A stable, highly visible project focused on supporting key profiles within a major user support service.
* An indefinite-term contract, full-time schedule, and a **rotating shift work model from ***7\.00 to 20\.00 hours***, allowing you to take advantage of less conventional time slots to balance personal errands and leisure time.
* Shift planning with advance notice, so you can organize your life outside work with peace of mind.
* English classes, support for certifications (e.g., ITIL), and a career development plan that nurtures both your technical growth and your user-facing skills.
* Medical insurance with no co-payments and a competitive salary
