We are seeking a Program Technical Lead to participate in strategic defense projects, acting as the technical reference within the program and ensuring that developed solutions meet defined functional, operational, regulatory, and quality requirements. You will work in complex technological environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in the evolution of advanced systems throughout their entire lifecycle. What will you do? * Technically lead the program, serving as the engineering reference for clients, partners, and internal teams. * Define, integrate, and evolve the system architecture and its main subsystems. * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams in a matrix environment. * Ensure proper management and traceability of technical requirements. * Supervise technical reviews, configuration management processes, change management, and critical incidents. * Manage technical risks and propose mitigation plans. * Participate in the program’s technical planning, defining milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Engineering, and ISS departments to ensure proper product evolution. * Represent the program’s technical position before clients, regulatory bodies, partners, and strategic suppliers. * Participate in technical definition activities for proposals and estimation of engineering effort. What are we looking for in you? **✅ Education:** Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. **✅ Minimum Experience:** 5 to 10 years of experience in systems engineering, integration of complex systems, or technical leadership of technological programs. **✅ Technical Knowledge:** * Systems engineering and architecture of complex systems. * Requirements management and technical traceability. * Integration of hardware, software, and embedded systems. * Requirements management tools (DOORS). * Configuration management and change control. * UML and object-oriented design. * Project planning tools (MS Project). * Technical knowledge of sensors, electronic systems, or defense technologies. * Basic Python knowledge (desirable). **✅ Valuable Functional Knowledge:** * Defense programs or critical systems. * Engineering of complex projects. * Coordination of technical reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR). * Technical risk management and program planning. * Estimation of engineering costs and effort. * System architecture and solutions. * Configuration control and ILS. * Aerospace regulations (DO\-178, DO\-254 or similar). **✅ Key Competencies:** * Technical leadership. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Holistic system vision. * Analytical capability and results orientation. * Effective communication across organizational levels. * Ability to manage priorities in highly demanding environments. **✅ Languages:** * Advanced English (minimum B2, C1 preferred). **✅ Other Requirements:** * Eligibility to obtain or possession of Personal Security Clearance (HPS).
