Responsibilities * Managing and coordinating IT systems operations teams. * Supervising daily operations, monitoring SLAs, and prioritizing incidents. * Operating and supporting process management systems (PMS). * Defining, monitoring, and optimizing performance plans. * Managing large volumes of structured data (XML, JSON). * Querying, analyzing, and leveraging data in relational SQL databases. * Identifying operational improvements and proposing process optimizations. * Liaising with technical and functional teams to ensure service continuity. Requirements * \+7 years of general experience in IT projects. * \+5 years managing IT systems operations teams. * \+3 years working with process management systems. * \+3 years defining performance plans and managing large volumes of data (XML, JSON, SQL).
