About the Technology Area You will join the Intelligent Systems Area, integrating into a young and dynamic team with extensive experience in projects involving these technologies, and with a clearly defined mission: to become the main driver of Galicia’s industrial digitalization and a benchmark in modernizing processes through innovative technologies. We seek a candidate with experience in data-related projects and knowledge of data governance and applied AI technologies. You will participate in projects with a strong *data\-driven* orientation, actively collaborating with leading national and European companies. You will integrate into a young team with extensive experience in challenging projects aimed at improving decision-making through efficient and intelligent exploitation of data. What You’ll Do Daily responsibilities include: * Managing data preparation and efficient processing technologies for building high-value analytical applications, such as PySpark, Flink, Kafka, dbt, Airflow, Debezium, or others. * Designing automated workflows for data quality assessment and improvement, enabling subsequent exploitation via AI techniques. * Exploring and participating in the adoption of new technologies to enhance system performance and processing capacity. * Collaborating in teams to achieve strategic product and process objectives within the Intelligent Systems Area. What We’re Looking For * 3\+ years of hands-on experience in data projects, familiarity with open-source or cloud tools, and integration and deployment of data architectures. * Passionate about technological innovation in the data domain—and, of course, willing to propose new ideas. * If continuous learning and tackling new challenges excite you, this is the place for you! * Highly communicative, capable of working across multiple environments: internal and external team members, clients, and suppliers. * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **It would be great if you had,** --------------------------------- * Knowledge of distributed and high-performance processing technologies, as well as AI tools. * Academic background or training in statistical methods, big data, or related disciplines. * Fluent communication in English.
