Assistance in maintenance of swimming pools, saunas, and jacuzzis We are seeking building maintenance staff in Teruel to perform conservation and repair tasks at a hotel with spa. Candidates must have at least 12 months of verifiable experience or relevant training for this position, as well as a valid Class B driving license. Registration as a job seeker is also required. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel and spa's general facilities. Repairs will be carried out on plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, faucets, and water networks, as well as supervision and repair of basic electrical equipment, lighting, and HVAC systems. Swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and other similar areas will also be inspected and maintained. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary aligned with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
