We are seeking personnel for the position of automotive operator within the industrial production process. Main tasks include assembly, mounting, and preparation of components for vehicle manufacturing. Work is carried out on the production line, following technical procedures and specifications to ensure quality and safety. The environment is dynamic, adapting to the pace of the assembly line, and manual tools or assisted equipment are used. Attention to detail is critical to detect and report deviations in a timely manner. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors is essential to maintain coordination and efficiency in the plant. Adaptability to different workstations, as well as personal hygiene and workplace order, are highly valued. The contract is full-time, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, or night hours. Remuneration follows the sector's collective bargaining agreement and includes social benefits as stipulated by current regulations. The position is located in an industrial plant equipped with all necessary safety measures, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided. Prior experience in industrial or production environments—particularly in the automotive sector—is required. A basic level of education, such as Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or a related Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) qualification, is mandatory. Knowledge of machining, welding, or tool handling is considered an advantage. The ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure is essential. A proactive and responsible attitude toward workplace safety and work quality is required.
